Proof for "QuestNet" and "Gold Quest" belongs to same group of company...

I'm glad to say so many people contacted me via e-mail, orkut...etc., for more details about this scam...which i explained in my previous post about Questnet, I have got more proof on Gold Quest and QuestNet is run by same group of companies..which is QI Ltd.

Look at the following screen shot of the web-page,

Note down the marked part.. which clearly shows that QuestNet and Gold Quest run by the same company... If Gold quest banned in India, Sri-Lanka, Albenia...as i mentioned in the previous article... Why can't ban the same company now...

I can not understand why the IT people(supposed to have good analysis knowledge) fall into such schemes...

Why do you guys want to earn money from nothing? I want to tell you guys you are trying to make False Profits... Before going into any type of MLM based business think whether you are in right one?

I don't know how many of you aware of FTC(Federal Trade Commission), which is used to monitor all type of marketing in US and make sure that is legal, if not they file a case against them and give them the punishment...

FTC Article, talks about how MLM or Pyramid Schemes affects the banks and consumers,

"...Pyramid schemes not only injure consumers. In many cases, they affect the daily operations of banks and taint the banking industry's overall reputation for safety and soundness. Many pyramid promoters disparage the bank industry and promote their own program as a superior alternative to traditional banking and investment..."
MLM schemes not only affects consumers added to that it also affects the Bank sector of the nation.. so any type of MLM scheme affects the country's growth. I can give you so many other examples.

Feel free to contact me through comments for any assistance on this topic. Join with me to fight against QuestNet in my Orkut community... Feel free to forward my posts which will help the people to rescue at least some people...

Conclusion: DO NOT JOIN IN ANY MLM or PYRAMID SCHEMES.

//Update:The Qi group has 66 companies(not only Questnet) under its fold operating in diverse fields like travel and leisure, telecom, finance, jewellery, tea, media, entertainments etc.

Wow....nice of you to attempt to bring down QuestNet. Will support you all the way, thanks for promoting the company and helping me and my friend's networks. LOL, you're merely helping us to advertise the company. Thanks again ^^

Dear QuestNet IRs,

Can you ask your uplinks to trace up or write to QuestNet to publish who are the initial nodes of those systems? You can see them tracing to Srilanka, especially the region under dispute.
Hope you can read the lines between them.

Yes, inspite of my repeated warning, my husband joined 5 mon ths ago. earned nothing. A watch was sent which is not even worth 5000. Why does the government not do anything to stop this business of cheating people?

To the anonymous person whose written above me. Fair enough, your husband didn't earn anything, but did he actually put work into it and refer anybody or did he just do nothing and expect to be earning money?
Of course it requires you to do some work. Same as anything else, nobody is gonna pay you to sit there doing nothing!!
And as for QuestNet/GoldQuest being the same company, yes they are, and so what? QI haven't actually been trying to hide this in the 1st place!
And as for it being banned in Iran, so what, its banned in some other countries as well, but do you know the reason why? It's because of these countries outdated laws which don't have E-Commerce in them! Let me remind you that Franchising was as illegal 50 years ago...and look at it now!!

I really appreciate the efforts you have taken to find out the actual truth.

In Questnet, the top levels might be able to earn, but the multitude of people at lower levels lose all the money. Only less than 5% of the people will get back their money or more, and that is only by introducing more people from among their friends and relatives. This business is totally unethical. The representatives bring their own friends and relatives into loss, and the one who have paid money can get it back only by bringing in more people, so at any time the number of people and the loss to society only increases as long as the pyramid grows. Someone at the top enjoys all the profit. The government should ban this type of fraudulent business. Those who have studied binary trees will know the rule that in any binary tree, the number of nodes with two children will always be lesser than the number of nodes without children. This clearly shows that in QuestNet, the people who lose will be a lot more than people who make profit. Just think logically guys. Questnet is not a fool to give away money. He gives you only a small portion of what he gets when you introduce someone. God save the people and their hard earned money.

I really surprised looking at the points you have mentioned which shows that you have searched a lot about the company and you also agree that what ever information you have provided is with your personal view. Look as you know a coin has two sides the same way there are two sides for everything in the world one is positive, and the other is negative, The same way even quest have two sides positive and the negative and your search results proofs to me that you have just gone through the negative sides not to the positive sides. It has more than 20 offices in the world out of which four are in India and if the leaders were arrested in Chennai then y Chennai is still the Headquarter of Quest-India?
And about the Interpol thing, let me tell you one thing the people who were arrested had nothing to do with the company, it was actually their personal matter because of which the leader was arrested,
Even in Chennai it was some personal issue with the people not any issue with the company.
The people were earning, are earning and will be earning in this business only we are the people who will be just searching about the company and wasting our time.
Because Questnet is in market since 1998.
Look and it is banned in iran because of the country relations, it has nothing to do with the business plan or with the policy of the company.
There are many things which I can tell you about this and I can answer all your objections about this business.
The website is secured by VeriSign and i am sure you know about Verisign.
Any questions you have or anything to send me you can send it on (coolcody_18@yahoo.co.in)
And i am sure about one thing that if you would have joined the business since the time you started searching about this you would have been a millionare till now.....!!!!!!

One more thing that If you really think that its a scam then you will approve my comments and let the people view it,
And after all your efforts i want you to search about the difference between the pyramid scheme and this Questnet system.
I am sure you have a misconception.

To The Upper/previous anonymous.. i don't to argue whether the QuestNet /Gold Quest is legal or not, is all depends on your view.. There is no misconception of the system because
i): it is already obvious the system is a pyramidal system. Is just that they make a little bit difference.
ii): The model they draw, actually is like a 8-ball model.. they just make it difference by drawing as 1 person, top is the head and divide to two side, that is left and right hand;then from that on it keep subdivided and develope till like pyramid organisation which has been use since by all the ancient country to rule their own country.. And it is also just like old ancient egyptian people build pyramid.. have you seen the organisation when they start to build pyramids? If no then never mind, is only will be pity for you.
iii):They fulfill the main condition of this system.. that is; 1st: they must recruit members, 2nd:YOU MUST PURCHASE ANY 1 OF THE PRODUCT FROM THEM BEFORE THEY GIVE YOU A ID AND PASSWORD.Last but not least, if you want to earn money , you MUST recruit member(the main purpose is they want to keep this system live as long as possible)

You can see the model if you don't know about it,is shown below in this website:
http://www.fortunecity.com/meltingpot/statuepark/68/Default.htm

One more thing. IF THEY CAN EARN MONEY SO EASILY JUST BY SEEING POSITIVELY SIDE.. DO YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE MAKING THE COUNTRY TO HAVE MORE WIDE RANGE IN BETWEEN OF THE HARDCORE POOR PEOPLE, MIDDLE CLASS AND RICH CLASS.. DO YOU KNOW THAT IT WILL MAKE THE POOR COUNTRY BECOME MORE POVERTY.

Tell me your prove that how come this way is not a like pyramid scheme? Which part? point it out.. if you can prove me wrong..

And tell me what will happened to all the country if all whole people from all country join up till they can't recruit any members anymore.. Is this company gonna survive after that even for a long time by just giving the free money to you all?

Questnet is going strong in Dubai though there are many related news items in all Indian Newspapers.
Various training programs are conducted in Dubai every week. Incidentally Etisalat has blocked many of their sites including questnet.ae.

An interesting discussion towards how to get money back from questnet is going on at http://mohanbn.com/blog/questnet-gold-scheme-review-and-analysis

If you have paid through credit card, there is a little hope that you can get your money back. All the best.

Thanks for this blog/site and The QUest Against Quest.Net. This is an absolute fraud. And to think that really honest intelligent young chaps/girls are falling prey makes me livid with anger.
